At Seacliff we encourage junior players to take opportunities for further development. This includes encouraging kids of sufficient ability to trial for representative teams, development programs as well as organising our own in house development programs such as umpire training.

Throughout the season players with the skills necessary will be encouraged to attend trails for the Western Mariners – our zone team (U14’s and U17’s). The Mariners compete each year in the zone championships where the U15 and U18 state squads are selected.

Seacliff also competes in the State Championships for U13’s. The U13 Invitational state team is selected from this championship.

In the past few years Seacliff has been very well represented in both Zone and State teams, with several players making Junior Australian Teams.
